Fewer interrupted Boords Agent replies

If the connection drops while a Boords Agent reply is streaming, Boords now loads the saved reply instead of showing an error, without repeating any steps or using extra credits.

Before, some Boords Agent replies stopped with an error partway through, and others showed "Sorry, an error occurred" even though Agent had finished the work.
