Your team's scripts, storyboards and sign-offs live in Boords. Now Claude and ChatGPT can work on them with you.

Sam completed 2 of 3 revisionsWed 11.20amThe activity log records who approved what, when, on which version. Claude reads it, so the 11pm "did they sign this off?" has a one-line answer instead of a scroll through Slack.
list_commentsget_frameEvery client comment sits on a frame in Boords. Ask ChatGPT and each one becomes an Asana task with the frame attached, so nothing gets retyped and nothing gets lost.

Shot type, location and duration already live on each frame. Ask for a shot list and Claude reads the board and drafts it in Sheets, matching the version the client approved.

Point Claude at the script and the frames. It builds the board in Boords, puts each frame with its scene, and turns on the review link, so the client comments on the frame itself.
Find Boords in Claude's connector directory, or open Team, then Connections in Boords and click Add to Claude. Works on claude.ai and in the desktop app.
Open in ClaudeClick Connect in Claude, sign in to Boords, then approve access. Claude works with your own Boords account and role, nothing more.
Boords now works in every Claude chat. Try "Turn this script into a storyboard" or "What changed on Coffee, 30s since v1?".
Need more detail? The Connections help guide covers every app, access levels and troubleshooting. For what each app can do, see Claude and ChatGPT.
MCP is an open standard that lets an AI app such as Claude or ChatGPT use the tools inside another product. Connect Boords and your AI app can read and update your projects, scripts, storyboards, frames and comments, with your permission.
Claude on the web and desktop, where Boords is listed in Claude's connector directory, plus ChatGPT, where you add Boords as a custom MCP server, and Claude Code. Any other tool that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth, such as Cursor, works with the server URL.
Yes. It is included on every plan, Free included, at no extra cost and with no separate usage pricing. Your AI app works within your plan, so on Free it has the same storyboard, frame and script limits you have in the app.
No. You sign in to Boords from your AI app and approve access once, and the connection runs on your own account. API keys are for the REST API, not for Claude or ChatGPT.
What you can, within your role, because every request checks your teams, projects and permissions. Making changes needs an Owner, Admin or Full access role, and reading or adding comments needs Owner or Admin. Restricted members and guests can read only. Anything destructive, such as deleting a frame, needs an explicit confirmation before it runs.
Boords only returns what your AI app asks for, when you ask it, over the connection you approved. What Claude or ChatGPT then do with that data depends on your plan and settings with them, so check those if your clients have strict terms.
The API is for code: your own scripts and pipelines call Boords directly with an API key, and webhooks tell you when a storyboard is approved, or when the API or an AI connection changes something. Connections is for people: you ask Claude or ChatGPT in plain English and it uses the same underlying actions.
Each teammate connects their own account from Team, then Connections, so their AI app only ever gets their permissions. There is no shared team token to hand around.
Yes. Every connection is listed under Team, then Connections, and revoking one stops access immediately.
Two-minute setup. Included on every plan, including Free. Your permissions, your review links, your sign-off record, all unchanged.
