Clearer personal and team spaces

If you belong to more than one team, your own free team is now labelled Personal. Open it and a banner explains that storyboards there aren't shared with your other team.

Your personal team sits last in the team rail, and the banner has a button to switch over. Boords also opens the team you last used, on any device, and new invitees land in the team they joined. When you create a storyboard, the dialog shows which team and project it goes to.
