Open After Effects exports without installing a plugin

The After Effects export now includes a script that builds the composition for you, with your frames at their Boords timings, the soundtrack and a marker for each frame.

Unzip the download, choose File > Scripts > Run Script File in After Effects and select Open in After Effects.jsx. Each frame's marker shows its number and label.
