Mention storyboard frames with @ when generating images

Type @ when generating an image and pick a frame from the Frames group to use its current image as a reference, so your shots stay consistent.

It works in the Generate tab, Quick Generate, the prompt on an empty storyboard and the Boords Agent sidebar. Try prompts like "same scene as @frame-3" or "the woman from @frame-3 in an office lobby".
