AI apps and the API can find projects with non-Latin names

Projects named only in non-Latin characters, such as Hebrew, Japanese or Cyrillic, now work through the Boords API and AI app connections like any other project.

Previously these projects couldn't be found, so creating a storyboard or script in them failed.
