A storyboard deck your client team can comment on
Uses the PowerPoint export, on paid Boords plans.
Share the board where the client already works
In-house brand teams and their clients often run projects from Google Workspace. Import the storyboard into the project deck, and they comment on it like any other slide.

Love this one. Can the splash land on 'Built for the miles nobody films'?
Joe10:58
Agreed. Let's hold the shoe a beat longer too.
Faster than building it slide by slide
You can lay out a storyboard in Google Slides by hand. Boords lays out every frame and its notes in one export.
| Compare | By hand in Slides | |
|---|---|---|
| Frames | By hand in SlidesInsert each image, then size and place it on its own slide. | |
| Notes | By hand in SlidesType or paste each voiceover and action line into a text box. | |
| Changes | By hand in SlidesFind and edit every slide the change touches. | |
| Sign-off | By hand in SlidesComments in the deck. |

Good to know
- A copy, not a link
- The deck in Slides is a copy of the board when you exported it. For a new version, export and import again.
- Comments
- Comments made in Slides stay in Slides. For frame-by-frame sign-off, share the board from Boords.
- Getting it into Drive
- Boords downloads the .pptx to your computer, and you import it into Slides.
- Fonts
- Fonts aren't embedded in the .pptx, so Slides may use a different one. The layout leaves room for a wider font.
- Covers
- The slides start at your first frame. Add a title slide in Google Slides.
