OpenAI decides which ChatGPT plans can add custom MCP servers, and those rules change, so check OpenAI's current article. On the Boords side, every plan works, Free included, at no extra cost while connections are in beta.
A workspace admin or owner adds Boords as a custom MCP server and publishes it for the workspace, because members cannot add it themselves. On Enterprise and Edu, admins can also give chosen members permission to create plugins. Each person then signs in with their own Boords account.
Script and frame text edits arrive as proposals in the Boords panel, with the exact before and after, and nothing is saved until you click Apply. If you ask ChatGPT to reorder frames or add a comment, it does that straight away, and ChatGPT may ask you to confirm first. Deleting or archiving anything needs you to confirm in a reply.

On ChatGPT Business, Enterprise and Edu, OpenAI says it does not use information from connected apps to train its models by default. On other plans it may, if Improve the model for everyone is switched on. See OpenAI's article.
Go to Settings, Team, Connections in Boords, find the connection under Connected tools and click Disconnect. Access stops immediately.
